"I understand that we **Party First, Play Second**: Enjoy your party during the first hour and play during the second. This ensures a smooth experience even if guests arrive late, maintaining the VIP experience for everyone."

"I understand that the party room needs to be vacated promptly after the players have left, allowing staff time to disinfect and clean for the next guests, just as the previous guests did for you."

"I understand that the use of glitter, confetti, spray string, and similar items is prohibited. If these items are used during the party, a mandatory cleanup fee of $75 will be added to the purchase amount and charged to my card or due at checkout."

"I understand that our group will be taken to the arena 5-10 minutes before playtime. Please have everyone ready and the party wrapped up by then. Late entry into the arena WILL cut into your playtime."

"I understand that party room time is limited to 1 hour unless additional time was arranged during booking."

"I understand that while players are in the arena, this is an excellent time to wrap up party room activities so we can prepare for the next guests. I have a maximum of 10 minutes to vacate the room."

"I understand that it is crucial to discuss proper behavior and equipment handling with guests. Unruly or destructive players will be removed from the event, and any damaged equipment will be subject to replacement costs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for destructive behavior."

"I fully understand that all players MUST wear closed-toe shoes for everything except Virtual Reality, which will require SOCKS only! Absolutely NO SANDALS, FLIP FLOPS, or CROCS at all!"
