Q: How long is the wait in line?
A: This year with a fast pass, you show up at your entrance time and get directly in.

Q: How long does it take to go through?
A: It's really difficult to give an answer to this question- usually 20 min

Q: Do you have a lot of strobe lights in Ground Zero?
A: Nope. There. Are. No. Lights. At. All. at Escape Ground Zero Zombie Blackout. We also don't recommend people with asthma, heart issues and pregnant women go through. You can always ask your physician to see if you should go through, however, we just don't want you to get hurt.

Q: Is there security?
A: Yes. Police officers patrol the block and we staff armed guards onsite each evening.

Q: Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?
A: No. Actors will not touch you. Please be respectful and do not touch them. Incidental and unintentional contact may occur.

Q: If I enter and get too scared, what do I do?
A: If you get too scared, stay calm and find tell the actor in the room and they will escort you outside. Please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.

A: We do have lockers. Very small purses and/or bags are allowed in, other bags should be left at home.

WHO SHOULD/SHOULDN’T ATTEND

Q: Is there an age limit for Escape Ground Zero Blackout?
A: No. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for children under 13. You're the parent- you be the judge. 13+ recommended. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn't bring your child to a Rated R movie, it's probably not a good idea to bring them to an event like this.

Q: If I have asthma, can I go inside Escape Ground Zero?
A: We do not recommend people with asthma go through. We suggest calling or emailing your Physician to discuss the situation with them since we have numerous fog machines throughout Ground Zero. If your doctor thinks you’ll be fine, we definitely recommend bringing your inhaler or another device that may help you breathe better. We also don't recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women go through as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. All ticket purchases can be made online or at door using cash or charge only. Gift cards not accepted for this event.
