FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: What time does the event start?
A: 7PM each night. We have our regular schedule until then.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: $10 per event you wish to attend per person

Q: Is it really scary?
A: Yes. KINDA... Some are LEVEL 3 and the Blackout is the scariest LEVEL 8

QUESTIONS ABOUT TICKETS

Q: How do I print off my tickets? Do I need to print off my tickets?
A: Not really..
Once on site, you will need to redeem your ticket at the ticket booth upon arrival. Your ticket will get you into the fast pass line and through the doors!

Q: Can I switch the time/date of my ticket? I can’t make it to my reservation.

A: Tickets can be used for all three nights. You're buying an entrance to one of three nights for any of the 4 events, you choose which night and what attractions!. We highly suggest planning your trip in advance. However, please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances. All sales final.

Q: Are there discounts for children?
A: No. All tickets are the same price.

Q: Once we've paid for admission are we able to go through again?
A: You can always purchase another ticket if you would like to go through again. Unlimited trips encouraged.

ON-SITE/DAY OF EVENT QUESTIONS

Q: How long is the wait in line?
A: This year with a pre-purchased ticket you get a fast pass, you show up at your entrance time and get in quicker. Otherwise, who the hell knows... 1 min or 1 hr.

Q: How long does it take to go through?
A: It's really difficult to give an answer to this question- usually 15 min, but depends on wait time, and cooperation of other guest. All attractions are timed for 15 min but there may be some delay getting going. There is no time schedule for each event. they run independent of each other.

Q: Do you have a lot of strobe lights in Ground Zero?
A: No. We have some strobe lights and fog throughout the entire facility. It is not recommended for people that have Epilepsy go through Escape Ground Zero. We also don't recommend people with asthma, heart issues and pregnant women go through. You can always ask your physician to see if you should go through, however, we just don't want you to get hurt.

Q: Is there security?
A: Yes. Police officers will patrol the area, and we have armed staff onsite each evening.

Q: Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?
A: No. Actors will not touch you. Please be respectful and do not touch them. Incidental and unintentional contact may occur.

Q: If I enter and get too scared, what do I do?
A: If you get too scared, stay calm and find tell the actor in the room and they will escort you outside. Please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.

Q: Can I bring my purse and/or bag into the haunted house?
A: We do have lockers. Very small purses and/or bags are allowed in, other bags should be left at home.

As much as we encourage and support the 2nd, there will be NO weapons allowed. We got that covered.

WHO SHOULD/SHOULDN’T ATTEND

Q: Is there an age limit for Escape Ground Zero?
A: yes 7+. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers or babies. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears! You're the parent- you be the judge. 8+ recommended. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn't bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it's probably not a good idea to bring them to an event like this.

Q: If I have asthma, can I go inside Escape Ground Zero?
A: We do not recommend people with asthma go through. We suggest calling or emailing your Physician to discuss the situation with them since we have numerous water based fog machines throughout Ground Zero. If your doctor thinks you’ll be fine, we definitely recommend bringing your inhaler or another device that may help you breathe better. We also don't recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women go through as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. All ticket purchases can be made online or at door using cash or charge only. Absolutely no checks and g
ift cards not accepted for this event.

Q: How large of a group can enter Escape Ground Zero?
A: UP TO 4 MAX for ALL events. Larger groups WILL BE split up!

Q: Can I wear a costume?
A: Yes, you can wear costumes to Escape
Ground Zero! However, we ask that you not  carry a prop!

Q: Can we be denied access?
A: Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc... We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry. Please use your head!!

If you are a problem, you WILL be asked to leave, whether in your car, or a beautiful shiny police vehicle... You decide.

Q: I want to volunteer for Escape Ground Zero. How do I apply?
A: Please come to our information session or apply on jobs page - Zombie Actors

Q: Are you open if it’s raining?
A: Yes. We will be open rain or shine. Please make sure you dress appropriately. One attraction is outside, however, most of the Escape
Ground Zero attraction is located indoors.

Q: What should I wear to Escape Ground Zero?
A: Please pay attention and dress accordingly.  It is a must for you to wear close toe shoes, and please... pull them damn pants up.
