• Forming the Staff Team: A group of teachers, parents, and possibly students forms the staff team to organize the event.

3. Selecting a Date

• A date is chosen to maximize attendance, avoiding conflicts with other events.

Ground Zero will also assist by advertising to our 5,000+ followers on social media and 20,000+ email subscribers, further expanding the event’s reach and visibility.

5. Ticketing and Admission

• Tickets may be sold in advance with a particular ticket link or at the entrance. We will keep track of all ticket sales and convey this information as well as the "totals" within just a day or so.

6. Activities and Fundraising Opportunities

• Other fundraising activities, such as games, raffles, auctions, merchandise sales, and more, are allowed to boost engagement and revenue. We also will count food, slushy, and popcorn sales as a separate bonus!

7. Volunteer Coordination

• Parents, students, and community members could assist with setup, ticket sales, activity management, and cleanup.

8. Execution of the Event

• On the event day, the Ground Zero Team, staff team, and volunteers work together to set up, manage activities, sell tickets or merchandise, and ensure a smooth event flow.

9. Engagement and Entertainment

• Entertainment like music, performances, or special guests may be included to create a lively atmosphere.

10. Fund Collection and Record-Keeping

• Collected funds are accurately counted and recorded for transparency and accountability. Payments will be made that week!

• Volunteers, sponsors, and attendees are thanked post-event through social media announcements, or public recognition. Teachers will receive goodies if they volunteer.

12. Post-Event Assessment

• The team evaluates the event, noting successes and areas for improvement for future School Spirit Nights.

Payments from fundraising events at Ground Zero are made weekly based on the previous week's earnings. For example, if you earned $5,000 last week, you'll receive a check by the following Friday.

The initial term of your agreement is for one night. You can run as many times as you'd like. Some events run for 2-3 times a school year.

We like to think we have the easiest promotion to earn out there....

$1-$500 In revenue = 40% of total revenue

$501-$1500 In revenue = 50% of total revenue

$1501+ In revenue = 60% of total revenue
