Before your session

Complete Liability Waiver Forms!

Every participant 18 years of age and older must fill out our online liability waiver form prior to the day of your party.

Every minor participant (17 and younger) must be included on parents' form (if participating) or have a separate form signed by parent or a legal guardian.

PLEASE HAVE GUEST FILL OUT WAIVER ONLINE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

⚠️ In order to make your experience the best it can be, there are a few things to consider... ⚠️

☑️ Birthday Parties - We ALWAYS party first and play second. Why? It allows time for guest to arrive and we start the session all at once. EVERY player MUST see the briefing video as per insurance requirements, so remember, late players will ruin you experience.

☑️ Player Count Maximums - We have set the player count for your booking. Trying to add or swap players will cause issues and ultimately lead to an undesirable experience at Ground Zero. There is a player count MAX for a reason! This allows for extra equipment to be available for exchanging out for electronic issues (and you know there is always issues with batteries or wifi connectivity) Although we may add players to your event for a fee, it may not always be the best idea.

☑️ Switching out during your play time - We play our sessions as an experience. We ARE NOT like bowling alley laser tag. it's NOT just shootem' up. If you insist on switching during play time, not only will there be a fee for "adding" players, but it WILL ruin the experience for the entire party. It WILL cut 10-15 min off your play time! ALL players will need to see briefing video per insurance regulations. So switching or adding will ruin the hype.

Late players, Additional players, and Switching - It NEVER works out, NEVER! Someone is always upset, disappointed, and unsatisfied.

ADD TO YOUR TIME, IF AVAILABLE ⌚️

When to arrive

15-30 min early for all events

All parties at Ground Zero will party first hour and play second.

Why do we do it like this?

Party guest love to arrive late. If you tell them a time the party starts, guest will arrive 15-20 min late every time. So we party first and this allows time for your guest to arrive and mingle before jumping right in and play. We always recommend telling guest 15-30 min prior to party.

How early can I set up?

In most cases you can arrive 30 min prior to your appointment time.

Parties sometimes are back to back so arrival prior to 30 min may not be allowed. If you need more time to set up, please see if there is an opportunity to do this prior to arrival.

Also keep in mind, there may be a party after yours, so prompt clean up and vacation right at the hour is appreciated so our staff has time for sanitation and prep for next event. Just like the party before yours did for you!
